That’s the $1.7 million dollar(and counting) question. Obama has spent about that much so far, to prevent us from seeing documentation that would enable us to determine whether he is eligible, under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, to be President of the USA.
The articles in this section of the blog cover topics relevant to this huge Constitutional crisis, which is coming to a slow boil. As Obama’s tragic misdeeds mount almost daily, it becomes more urgent to resolve this crisis.

When asked if I believe Obama to be ineligible for the presidency, I must say that I don’t know if he is a Natural Born Citizen (NOT the same as “citizen” or even “native born citizen”), because he is blocking access to the very evidence that could exonerate him. I believe that fact strongly suggests that he is guilty of fraud and is ineligible. In fact, even if he was born in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House, he is likely STILL ineligible, since his father was a foreigner, his mother failed to meet the residency requirements, and any citizenship may have been disavowed.
The eligibiliy topic has raised lots of controversy, for varied reasons:
- Supporters of Obama don’t want to hear anything negative about him at all, accusing anyone who even raises the topic of being a “hater,” “racist,” stupid, crazy, or worse. The issue is whether or not he is eligible.
- Many people assumed that our “leaders” would perform any required vetting and that our hallowed system of “checks and balances” would prevent any ineligible candidate from getting his/her name anywhere near a balllot line. Well minor party candidates have already been proven to be ineligible and now we have a major party candidate who is highly suspect. It turns out that Congress, the Electoral College, State Secretaries, Courts, Attorneys-General, political parties and the News Media, have all failed to perform their due diligence and this can be proven.
Some claim that Obama’s “birth certificate” was posted on the Internet on the “factcheck.org” site. Well we have just a few problems with that:
1. The site is owned by Obama’s former employer, The Annenberg Foundation, which is almost as far as you can get from objective and non-partisan.
2. It is merely a digital image, when a real paper document is needed.
3. No actual document has been vetted by an objective, expert party, under the observation of opposition skeptics, nor been reviewed by any court in the land. In fact, Obama has spent upwards of $1.7MM to prevent just that.
4. The digital document image is not of a birth certificate at all, but of a “Certification of Live Birth,” missing most of the details normally shown on a birth certificate. This document, if even real, could be obtained for someone born outside the country, with just a signature on a affidavit, with no doctor’s signature, hospital name or corroborating information. Obama refuses to release his actual birth certificate, or any other information that might corroborate his eligibility, for that matter. Obama’s half-sister, Maya, also has one of these “Certifications,” even though she was demonstrably born in Indonesia.
But, there is much, much more to this story, which I urge you to learn more about, in the referenced materials. This is likely the biggest political scandal in history, not just because of Obama’s outrageous fraud, but for the broad cover-up, involving many prominent people and other officials.
Obama has failed, actually refused, to produce:
- Birth certificate
- School records, applications, scholarship applications, transcripts
- Travel, passport records
- Work records
- Publications
- Medical records
- Financial records, including student loans
- Social Security records
- Tax records
