California Taxpayer Revolution

Here’s another situation that is TOTALLY– and I do mean totally– out of control, Our legislators and other public servants have repeatedly and willfully failed to heed the People’s will. When, oh, when, will CA citizens stop sending legislators to Sacramento that ignore our will? 2010 had better be that year. We need to publicize “representatives” NOT acting in our best interests. Ballot propositions, such as Prop 187, have repeatedly called for action that is not carried out. Other states need to do this, too.
Is it really “racist” to insist that outsiders respect our laws and that we take care of our own people first and foremost? Don’t be brainwashed.
This would also spark a welcome 10th Amendment confrontation with the Feds.
What to do about it:
- Get new legislators to replace unresponsive ones. If you don’t have time to work on this, contribute to Conservative orgnaizations that are.

CALIFORNIA TAXPAYER PROTECTION ACT

The initiatives laws will:
- RESERVE all federal and state public benefits for only lawful residents including non-emergency, pre-natal, and in-state tuition.
- STOP 18 years of child WELFARE payments to those here illegally on behalf of their children born here. Law-abiding citizens are cut-off after five years.REQUIRE lawful residency of all those who apply for state or local benefits on behalf of a child born here. The United States Department of Health and Human Services announced that the state is not obligated to provide benefits to those here illegally.
- ALLOW Homeland Security to review approved applications for federal, state or local benefits that illegal aliens are permitted to receive due to a child born here. (Please see the initiative summary.)
- This initiative can begin to address the problems associated with the automatic citizenship policy, it is bankrupting California. Six out of ten birth certificates in San Diego County do not have a parent’s SSN. “Birth tourism” including premature births cost California taxpayers over $2.5 Billion annually.
- Congress can reduce the crime problem by ending automatic citizenship. The Border Patrol reports a major reason deported criminal illegal aliens return immediately to the United States after deportation is because they have left behind children born here. Please print and sign the initiative petition, in circulation beginning January, 2010 for the NOVEMBER 2010 ballot. Please volunteer to obtain signatures.
